Every location’s compliance. One record.
When you run more than one office, “show me your logs” becomes “show me all of them.” ClaveLog rolls every location’s sterilization record into one dashboard and one board-ready Inspector Packet — vendor-neutral across every lab, autoclave, and state.

§ 01 — The group rollup
One dashboard for every office you run.
A gap in one location’s log is the group’s liability — but you can’t stand in every operatory. ClaveLog gives the owner, the compliance lead, and the regional manager the same single view: which offices are covered, which are slipping, and exactly where to look.
Every location's status, at a glance
Open one dashboard and see which offices are compliant, which are due soon, and which need attention — using the exact same engine that drives each location's own screen. No calling around, no spreadsheet.
Roll up, or drill into one office
Switch from the whole-group view to a single location with one control. Every sterilizer, spore test, and load stays scoped to the office it belongs to — nothing bleeds between sites.
Each office in its own timezone
A load logged at 7:55 a.m. in Ohio and one in Texas each read correctly in local time — on screen and in the packet. Multi-state groups never have to explain a timestamp that looks an hour off.
Close an office without losing its record
When a location closes or is sold, archive it. It drops out of the active rollup but its complete, append-only history stays on file — because a record you can delete is a record an inspector won't trust.
§ 02 — The group Inspector Packet
One document. Every location. Board-ready.
A corporate audit or a multi-site inspection doesn’t want four separate binders. It wants one record it can page through — which is exactly what ClaveLog builds in a click.
- A cover summary aggregated across the whole group — total loads, spore tests, and pass rate at a glance
- Every location as its own headed section: its sterilizers, loads, spore tests, failures and corrective actions, waterline and training
- Each section dated in its own location's timezone, so nothing reads an hour off
- Or export a single location's packet on its own — same board-ready format
- Append-only and timestamped end to end, with the state citation an inspector expects to see
Generated on demand — the record deepens with every week of logs.
§ 03 — One neutral record
Your fleet is mixed. Your record shouldn’t be.
Grow by acquisition and you inherit a patchwork: this office mails strips to a university lab, that one runs an in-office incubator, a third is loyal to a kit vendor whose free portal only tracks its own strips. Different autoclaves. Different states. The free dashboards will never reconcile that — they’re built not to.
ClaveLog is vendor-neutral on purpose. It takes every lab, every incubator, and every autoclave across every office and rolls them into one continuous record — the one an inspector actually asks for, that no kit-tethered tool can build.
- One office mails strips to a university lab, another runs an in-office incubator — all one record
- Statim, Midmark, Tuttnauer, mixed across sites — every autoclave load logged the same way
- Each location carries its own state's spore-testing rule and retention period
- Switch a lab or a vendor at one site next month — the group's history stays continuous
§ 04 — Rollout
Adding an office takes minutes, not a project.
No hardware, no per-seat licensing, no IT ticket. If you can print a QR sticker, you can bring a location online.
Add a location in minutes
Name the office and pick its state — ClaveLog auto-configures that state's spore-testing cadence and retention rule — then set its timezone. It appears in the rollup immediately.
Set up that office's sterilizers & staff
Add each machine and print its QR sticker. Add the office's staff to that location — they log by tapping their initials on a trusted device, with no accounts to provision and no per-seat fees.
The team logs; you get the rollup
Each office logs its loads in seconds from a phone or station iPad. Every entry rolls up to the group view automatically, and any location — or the whole group — is one click from a packet.
§ 05 — Who it’s for
Whoever owns “are we covered?”
Multi-office owner
Know every office is covered — without calling each front desk on inspection morning.
Group compliance lead
One dashboard and one packet to audit any single site, or the entire group at once.
Regional manager
Spot the office that's slipping on its spore schedule before a surveyor does.
§ 06 — Straight talk
Where we are, honestly.
ClaveLog is early, and we’d rather earn a group’s trust than borrow it with logos we haven’t verified or customer counts we haven’t earned. So here’s the honest pitch: the multi-location rollup and the group Inspector Packet are built and working today, and we’re taking on founding practices to shape what comes next.
What isn’t a question mark is how we treat the record. Every entry is append-only with a full audit trail — nothing is silently edited or deleted. Each location’s data is scoped to your group with row-level security. And no patient information ever enters ClaveLog by design, which keeps your compliance records out of HIPAA scope entirely.

§ 07 — Questions
Questions groups ask us
Can I see every location's compliance in one place?+
Yes. The group dashboard rolls every location up into one view — compliant, due soon, overdue, or action-required per office — using the same compliance engine that drives each location's own screen. Switch to any single office with one control to drill in, then roll back up.
Does the Inspector Packet cover all locations at once?+
Yes. Generate one PDF for the whole group: a cover summary aggregated across every office, then each location as its own headed section — its sterilizers, loads, spore tests, failures and corrective actions, waterline and training — dated in that location's own timezone. You can also export a single location's packet on its own. It's the document a corporate or board audit and a multi-site inspection actually need.
What if our locations use different labs, autoclaves, or are in different states?+
That's exactly what ClaveLog is built for. It's vendor-neutral by design — mail-in labs, university programs, and in-office incubators all live in one record, and any mix of autoclaves logs the same way. Each location carries its own state's spore-testing cadence and retention rule and its own timezone, so a multi-state group stays correct everywhere at once.
What happens when we close or sell a location?+
You archive it. The office drops out of the active rollup so it stops skewing your live compliance picture, but its complete history is retained — never deleted. Compliance records are append-only in ClaveLog, so the archived office can still produce its own inspector packet for the years it was open.
How hard is it to roll out a new office?+
A few minutes per location. Add the office, pick its state (rules auto-configure) and timezone, add its sterilizers and print QR stickers, and add that office's staff. Front-desk staff log by tapping their initials on a trusted device — there are no accounts to provision and no per-seat licenses to buy.
How is pricing structured for a group?+
Transparently, per location — the same published rate whether you run two offices or twenty, with no per-seat fees, no per-strip tax, and no "call sales" opacity. Every sterilizer, every lab, and every staff member at a location is included. See the pricing page for current rates.
Is each location's data isolated and safe?+
Yes. Every record is scoped to your group with row-level security, and each location's data is separated from the others. Records are append-only with a full audit trail of who changed what and when. And ClaveLog stores no patient information by design — machines, cycles, and spore tests only — which keeps your compliance records entirely out of HIPAA scope.
