How does the free trial work?+
You get 14 days with full access. We ask for a card so there's no interruption if you keep going, but you can cancel anytime before day 14 from the billing portal and you won't be charged.
What does "per location" mean?+
One flat rate covers a single practice address — every sterilizer, every spore lab, and every staff member at that location, with no per-seat or per-strip fees. Multi-location practices add a location at the same per-location rate and get a rollup across all of them.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from the self-serve billing portal whenever you like — no phone call, no retention gauntlet. Your inspector packet stays exportable through the end of the period.
How much does annual billing save?+
Annual billing is priced at ten months for twelve — so you get two months free versus paying month to month, on every plan.
Do I need to buy any hardware?+
No. ClaveLog runs on the devices you already have — the front-desk iPad or any staff phone. Print a QR sticker for each sterilizer and you're logging.
